You might have noticed a few changes lately. We are upgrading some of our systems. We wanted to let you know what is happening. We also want you to know why. And what it means for you.
Same old office phone number; new mobile number for SMS
Our main office phone number has not changed. You can still call us on 1300 317 437. Just like always.
What has changed is the mobile number we use for SMS messages. Starting this week you may get texts from us. They will come from this new number: 0485 041 296. It is still the same team. Just a new line as part of the upgrade. We will make sure every message is clearly from us.
Same web address; fresh website
We have also given the website a fresh look. You are reading this on the new version right now. Do not worry. Our web address is exactly the same. You can still find us at ascendancyplanning.com.au.
Our email addresses have not changed either. Keep sending messages to the usual spots. Our email system is staying put. So you can carry on as normal.
New security and compliance steps
We are updating how we communicate. This follows current industry standards. It also follows the latest AML/CTF requirements.
You will find our Privacy Policy on this site. You will also find our Financial Services Guide. And our Terms of Service. We have added a simple way to make a complaint in writing. If you ever need to. Just head to the complaints page.
How to communicate safely and securely
Over the next few weeks keep an eye out. Look for emails from our usual addresses. If anything looks odd call us at our office phone number. That number is 1300 317 437.
